Shipping policy

At Grace & Cary we want ordering and delivery to be as simple as possible. Below you will find how your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees and no minimum order value.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days. Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so in rare cases — for example during peak seasons or carrier delays — delivery can take a little longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check the shipping address in your order confirmation and ask neighbours or building management. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address.
